Happy June Runners!
June feels like summer. Kids are almost out of school, sky's blue, roads are hot and it tests a runner's resolve to stay on the run. I ran today for the first time in 2 plus weeks. Just a short 4 miler. Shins felt a little stiff but so far so good.

Lost some speed but hopefully, that will come back. I'm going to focus this month on getting back to normal running routine. Now I need to go help out with lunch so we can go watch Indiana Jones this afternoon.
