I found myself at Memorial Park during lunch hour today. It was nice to be running on softer surface for a change. My knees and other joints thanked me. My quads swore at me though. My legs are so tired. Tomorrow will be a rest day. Then hopefully, I'll feel good enough to run a 13 miler on Saturday.
