RTW 5K

Cool, 49 degrees. Ran 3 miles of treadmill last night and also 40 minutes of swimming. So I was a little tired, felt it in the thighs and glutes mostly. By mile 2, the endorphins started to take over and I felt less fatigued.

Once again, I went out as fast as I could and tried to hold off the pain, fatigue and the wish to vomit.

I had the pleasure of talking to my TIR team captain and newly minted 50 miler, Jon Walk this morning also. He ran today. How he does that I do not know.
