First run since the marathon. A beautiful running weather. As usual, I employed the "Go out as fast as possible and just hang on 'cause this cannot last more than 30 minutes so long as you don't puke" strategy. Everything went quite well except for the chest area which felt like it was going to explode near mile 3.
