Groin Pull

Dear Anonymous,

Since you have the 20 miler under your belt, I'd rest up. You have already built up your fitness level to go all the way. There isn't much you can do to help with irritated ligaments, tendons etc. Rest is pretty much it. You most likely developed this current problem from overuse.
