Starbucks Series

The Way I See It #151

Food is the great equalizer, providing universal joy without bias. As a young boy, our wealth was experienced through the warmth of our kitchen and smells of my mother's cooking. Remember, you can always love people through food.

I'm with ya on that one. Not a big coffee drinker, but I do happen to have a grande house blend of Starbucks this morning. What'll get ya is the whipped cream, half & half, any of the syrups, etc.

I like their coffee nice and plain. Tastes good and leaves the calories for chocolate later on.

Starbucks is the only coffee I drink . . . Caramel Macchiato with extra vanilla and 3 sweet & lows . . . OK so maybe I have a little coffee with all my sugar :) Yummmm

There are quite a few Starbucks in The Woodlands. After the marathon we could have an actual "Starbucks Series" or "Tour de Starbucks" and plan runs beginning and ending at a different location each week.

Just a thought

Bill, you're my king of training director.

Donna, I have to admit, I'm a Starbuck's snob too. Except I dont' get all that caramel, and foo foo-iato stuff. Just a large black coffee. That's it.

Bill- sounds like my kind of race. I'm a tall non-fat no whip mocha, iced or hot depending on mood!
